Zodi Limited Warranty
The Zodi Products purchased from Zodi or a Zodi authorized reseller are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from purchase or receipt of product. If the product fails, due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty timeframe, we will repair the product or replace it at our discretion upon receipt of the product at the Zodi Repair Facility and evaluation. The cost for shipping the Zodi Product to Zodi and back to the customer is not covered under the warranty. Zodi is not responsible for lost in-bound packages
Due to the harsh and uncontrolled environments that the Zodi products may be used, we have a “Limited” warranty on Zodi products. Our goal is to always make sure our customers are 100% satisfied.
Zodi extent of Limited Warranty and Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective Zodi product only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper use and care, discoloration, negligence, accident, acts of nature and normal wear and tear.
Items not covered by this Limited Warranty are:
- Electronic components
- 6 Volt pump
- 12 Volt pumps
- Push Button Igniters
- Electronic Igniters
- Cracks or failures in plastic cases
- Punctures, tears and rips in any fabric
- Leaks in plastic cases and bags
- Cosmetic changes including rust
- Heat discoloration/blistering on paint or silk screen
- Cracks or breaks in fiberglass poles
- Side Release buckles
- Freeze damage to heating coils
- Heat damage to heating coils
- Tires on Pro transport carts
Other exclusions include any product used in commercial, military and industrial applications or any product used in war. Also, any product that has been altered or modified is excluded from the Zodi Limited Warranty.
Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired at a reasonable rate. For warranty evaluation, please complete the online Service Request or contact Zodi Customer Service via email: customerservice@zodi.com or phone: 1-800-589-2849.
The original owner must register their Zodi Product with 10 days of purchase or receipt of product.
